ERP and LMS systems built for Australian higher education

We design and build student management, learning and compliance systems around how your provider actually runs. Each system is structured on the Higher Education Standards Framework, so the evidence you need is captured as part of daily work.

One system for the whole provider

Choose the modules you need now and add others later. Every module shares the same student, course and staff records, so information is entered once.

Structured on the seven HESF domains

The Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021 sets out what every registered provider must demonstrate. Our systems keep the records for each domain in one place, so preparing for re-registration or a TEQSA request starts from evidence you already hold.

Domain Standard What the system keeps on record
1Student Participation and AttainmentAdmission decisions, credit and RPL, progression, completions and student outcomes
2Learning EnvironmentLearning resources, student support and wellbeing cases, complaints and appeals
3TeachingCourse and unit design, teaching staff qualifications, learning materials and assessment
4Research and Research TrainingResearch outputs, supervision and research student progress, where relevant
5Institutional Quality AssuranceCourse reviews, student feedback, moderation and benchmarking records
6Governance and AccountabilityCommittee papers, minutes and decisions, and risk and policy registers
7Representation, Information and Information ManagementPublished course information, marketing approvals, agent oversight, privacy and records management

TEQSA does not approve or certify software. Our systems are designed to help you collect, organise and present the evidence the standards require. Meeting the standards remains the responsibility of each provider.

Designed around your provider

Off-the-shelf systems ask you to change how you work. We start with your courses, policies and people, and build the system to match.

  • Your courses and delivery modesConfigured for your courses, campuses, teaching periods and delivery modes, including online and block mode.
  • Your brand and portalsStudent, staff and agent portals that carry your name and branding.
  • Your data, securedRole-based access, audit logs, encrypted backups and handling of personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Hosting in Australian data centres is available.
  • Proven foundationsWe build on established open-source platforms such as Moodle where they fit, and write custom modules where they do not.

From first conversation to go-live

Each stage ends with something you can see and approve before the next one begins.

  1. Discovery

We review your policies, courses and current systems, and agree what the system must do.

  2. Design

You approve the screens and workflows before development starts.

  3. Build

We build in stages and demonstrate each module as it is ready.

  4. Migration and testing

Existing student and course records are moved across and checked.

  5. Training and go-live

Staff training, launch support and ongoing maintenance.
